This year’s international theme is “BE NOT AFRAID”
The meaning is twofold. It is a call to the hierarchy to stop acting out of fear of change or threats to their place of power; and it is encouragement to all of us to stand without fear as we fight for what we know is Gospel justice and the movement of the Holy Spirit. So please join us at Southwark on 2th. We will join with others from all over the world to pray that women’s vocations be recognised and their gifts honoured. We will have our banner and some posters. We will hand out leaflets and pray together.
You may prefer to hold a local action in front of your parish or cathedral to encourage church leaders and remind yourself: Be not afraid!
